Building Practical Technology

My background is in information science and web development, but much of my growth as a developer has come from taking ideas from everyday life and bringing its purpose to life.

I enjoy working across the development process, including responsive interfaces, PHP development, database structure, authentication, administrative tools, production deployment, troubleshooting, and continued maintenance.

As I build more experience, I want this portfolio to expand beyond web development into software and interactive applications, including game development.

Production website and organization management platform built for an adult hockey organization.

The project began as a public-facing team website and expanded into a database-driven system with player accounts, authentication, roster management, player profiles, administrative controls, team assignments, image uploads, email functionality, and ongoing production maintenance.
